How We Started
Established in October 2020, NEOSMMS is a dynamic creative agency born from years of experience in freelance social media management for over 20 local businesses.
Our team of 10 professionals specializes in crafting branded social media content, managing Facebook ads, and developing chatbots.
With a portfolio that includes collaboration with renowned brands like Kumon and ISUZU, NEOSMMS has earned recognition from major publications such as Yahoo! Finance and The Manila Bulletin Tech.
The agency's journey began with participation in the #digitaljobsPH training program of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

NIÑO JAMES HAOS
Managing Director of NEOSMMS
Niño James Haos is an EdTech entrepreneur and a sought-after Social Media Marketing trainer. As the Managing Director at Neo Social Media Management Services (NEOSMMS), he has developed relationships with more than 30 local and international clients, resulting in repeat business.
Committed to helping others and fueled by his passion for giving back, Niño has trained over 300 aspiring freelance social media managers across the country as a Resource Person under the #digitaljobsPH project of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). This project aims to enhance their hireability by focusing on the development and improvement of their SMM skills.
Additionally, Niño serves as a Group Expert at Social Media Marketing Philippines (SMMPh), one of the country's largest online communities for social media managers, boasting over 120,000 members. In this role, he addresses technical inquiries and provides valuable advice to its members.
He's a graduate of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) with a degree in Information Technology and currently resides in Cagayan de Oro, PH.
